ok, the secret is to have all of the tabs open and ready to post. then time your clicks.

2 - click next tab

so long as you have then all opened and ready to post with the image set to go you can do this. you dont even need the world clock. just count: 1, 2, 1, 2, 1, 2 until youve done all ten posts.
